Important customer notice: We’re switching to digital invoices

 

ESPO is always looking at ways we can improve our services. Due to the recent challenges around paper supply, along with our wider commitment towards sustainability, we will shortly be changing the way we send out customer invoices.

In the coming weeks, ESPO customers will be contacted to let them know they are being switched to PDF invoicing. 

We hope you will join us in welcoming this change to our invoicing process; not only to support our sustainability goals, but also to save you time and provide easily accessible and immediate invoices for your orders. 


 

Add us to your Safe Senders list

All digital invoices from ESPO will be sent to customers from the following email address: edi.outbox@espo.org.

To prevent your IT system from unknowingly blocking these emails, or to avoid them being mistaken as Spam, please add edi.outbox@espo.org to your Safe Senders list.

You can do this in Outlook by going to Junk > Junk Email Options and then clicking on the Safe Senders tab and selecting ‘Add’. If you are having trouble finding these settings or if you have a different email system, please speak to your IT Department for guidance.
