Catalogue ordering, enquiries and returns
If you have any enquiries regarding our catalogue, product range or ordering with us, there are two ways to get in touch:
By phone: Our main line is 0116 265 7901. When calling this number, you will be asked to select an option from the list below to help resolve your query as quickly as possible.
By email: The list below shows the email addresses for our friendly teams, so you can be sure you’re talking to the best person for the query at hand.
ESPO is open for customer enquiries Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.00 and 16.30.

The Direct Delivery team can help with orders delivered directly from a third party - this is normally items with codes beginning A, N or X.
The Registration team are able to help you with with opening an ESPO account or making changes to your customer record.
