Therefore, we have collated a group of our most popular frameworks for the public sector designed to support your organisation's goals and procurement process.

• This ESPO framework provides access to a range of consultants in the low-carbon energy sector.
• All service providers have been selected for their experience and ability to offer a comprehensive service range, aiding in meeting net zero objectives across all stages of project delivery.
• There are several benefits of this framework including direct award and a quicker route to market.

• Provides an efficient solution for trustworthy, expert advice across a wide range of categories such as corporate social responsiblity (CSR) and energy efficiency.
• Comprises of 10 Lots, including a dedicated Lot (8b) for Environmental And Sustainability.
• Features over 100 suppliers, ranging from large specialist consultancy companies to smaller boutique organisations, who have all been assessed on track record and experience.

• Meet all your requirements relating to the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, encompassing all of the measures introduced by this legislation.
• Provides a means to meet legal requirements under the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 and the Building Regulations 2013.
• Includes 4 Lots for the provision of domestic and commercial energy performance certficates (EPCs), display energy certificates (DECs) and other energy related surveys including TM44 air-conditioning inspections.

• Lot 5, Strategic Asset Management and Development Consultancy, includes services for sustainability such as energy efficiency, resource recovery and emission management.
• Lot 8, Planning Consultancy, covers environmental assessments, advice on strategy tree planning (i.e. location) and much more.
• Social value benefits can be obtained through the wide range of suppliers available on this framework.

• This Department for Education (DfE) approved ESPO framework provides access to a range of systems for renewable energy projects.
• Includes 3 Lots for the supply, installation and maintenance of solar PV, heat generation and wind turbine systems and associated products.
• All suppliers are members of the Microgeneration Certification Scheme and satisfy renewable energy accreditation requirements.

• Provides access to a vast range of vehicle charging infrastructure (VCI) solutions.
• Includes fast/rapid and ultra-rapid electric vehicle chargers and compatible back-office solutions from market-leading service providers.
• Features specific Lots for service and maintenance, consultancy and emerging technology.

• A competitive route to the outright purchase, supply and delivery of a wide range of specialist vehicles.
• Offers electric vehicles including compact sweepers (Lot 2.4) and buses and coaches (Lot 8.2).
• ESPO is an approved framework provider in relation to capital funding for food waste collection vehicles and containers.

• A quick, simple and competitive route to the lease of cars and light-medium commercial vehicles (up to and including 3.5 tonnes).
• Includes electric and alternative-fuel vehicles.
• Meets the diverse requirements of local authorities and other eligible organisations that require such vehicles.

• Likewise to Framework RM6268, this Crown Commercial Service (CCS)-led framework includes electric, hybrid and hydrogen fuel-type vehicles.
• Includes 2 Lots for the purchase of passenger cars (including 4x4 variants) and light-to-medium commercial vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes.
• Following completion of the access agreement, quotes can be obtained from all the key market suppliers via CCS' fleet portal.

• Provides a compliant solution for the rental of a comprehensive range of self-drive vehicles on a short-to-medium term basis, from as little as a day to a few months.
• Several Lots available covering a wide range of vehicle types including alternatively fuelled vehicles.
• Includes associated services that may be required such as insurance cover.

Social value is about improving economic, social and environmental well-being through public spending. The requirements for this vary between different local authorities and public sector bodies, depending on their stakeholder requirements and the needs of their local areas.
