The Department for Education (DfE) have reviewed and approved a number of ESPO frameworks for schools and trusts to buy goods and services compliantly and get good value for money in terms of cost, quality and time. When reviewing these framework agreements, they are assessed for: compliance with procurement regulations, suitability, ease of use and value for money.
