Opening hours

ESPO is open for customer enquiries Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.30 and 17:00 (16.30 on Fridays).

Our offices are closed on English bank holidays, and this year our offices will be closed between 19 December 2020 and 3 January 2021.

Catalogue enquiries - overview

If you have any enquiries regarding our catalogue, product range or ordering with us, there are two ways to get in touch:

By phone: Our main line is 0116 265 7901. When calling this number, you will be asked to select an option from the list below to help resolve your query as quickly as possible.

By email: The list below shows the email addresses for our friendly teams, so you can be sure you’re talking to the best person for the query at hand!

Returning an order:

The Direct Delivery team can help with direct delivery orders from a third party. This is normally items with codes beginning with an A, N or X.
Orders direct from supplier

The Registration team are able to help you with opening an ESPO account, or making changes to your customer record.

Returns - overview

If you wish to return an item, please complete our catalogue product returns online form to provide us with the details we require.

Please note that this form acts as a request for a return only. After completing the form, a member of staff with be in touch to confirm that your return is authorised, or request any further information needed.

Returns - returning a stock item

If you would like to return a stock item (item code beginning with a number) you must contact our Customer Services team within 7 days of receiving your goods. For help or support please contact:

Returns - returning a direct delivery item

Direct delivery items have codes that start with A, N or X.

Direct delivery items are mainly manufactured to customers' individual requirements, and are therefore generally non-returnable (where supplied as ordered).  If it is necessary to return anything, please contact our Direct Delivery team within 48 hours.

Please do not return items with a supplier without first speaking to the Direct Delivery team.

Those suppliers who do agree to collect/remove goods that have been correctly supplied will make a charge for carriage and re-stocking. The charge may represent a percentage of the value of your order. Any goods to be returned must be in their original delivered condition and original packaging.
