1. Order as normal, quoting the discount code onto each order you place and including this on your Purchase Order.

3. Please add the discount code in capital letters, without spacing, in the Purchase Order attached to your email and also quote it in your email. It is important to add it to your attached Purchase Order so that the discount can be processed and applied correctly. |

When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered during your selected window week. Please make sure you check your Order Acknowledgement for your expected delivery date and ensure that someone is on hand throughout the day to receive the order.
If you are placing your order online, you can now see your expected delivery date on your Order History page, as well as an expected delivery date for individual products when viewing your full order details. If any of our products show an extended lead time, don't worry, we will get these sent out to you as soon as it comes in!
