How long is this offer available?

We will be running our Summer Holiday Offer until Friday 19 July 2024. Orders MUST be placed before this date or one week before your chosen delivery week if it's before Friday 19 July and include the discount code corresponding to your selected delivery week for the discount to be applied.

Can I only order online?

In addition to placing your orders online, you can also order via phone, email or finance system. Call our Customer Services team on 0116 265 7901 or send your order via email to orders@espo.org. You must quote your discount code and provide relevant contact details for the person receiving the order on the day of delivery.

If you choose to email your order, please add the discount code in the Purchase Order attached to your email and also quote it in your email. It is important to add it to your attached Purchase Order so that the discount can be processed and applied correctly.

 

I’m new to ESPO, can I use this offer?

Of course – just make sure your school has registered and been approved for an ESPO account, then follow the instructions to start saving! If you do not yet have an ESPO account, you can register for one at espo.org/registration

 

Is this discount available on all products?

The discount is not available on:

  • Direct delivery products - product codes including prefix A, X or N
  • Clearance products
  • Product codes 273848, 221473 and 27384P

You can continue to include the above products within your summer holiday orders, however the discount is not applicable on these items.

 

Can I use this offer more than once?

This offer can be used for multiple orders as long as they are placed by Friday 19 July 2024 or one week before your chosen delivery date if your delivery week is before Friday 19 July. Please ensure you have included the discount code corresponding with your chosen delivery week on each order.

Deliveries

Why do I need to choose a specified delivery week?

To help you prepare and get your resources in time for the new academic year, our Transport team have been busy planning delivery routes covering different areas over the summer break. If you are available to accept delivery of your order on one of our delivery weeks for your area, you can save more by taking advantage of this discount.

 

Why do I need to add contact details?

To make sure we can successfully deliver your order during the summer holidays, there must be a person on site to take receipt of delivery on the scheduled delivery date. Therefore, we require a contact name and mobile number of the person that will be on site on the day of delivery to contact.

 

When can I expect my delivery?

You can find your expected delivery date on your Order Acknowledgment when your order has been placed. If you have placed multiple orders to be delivered during the holidays, we will try and collate them to be delivered together. 

If you are placing your order online, you can now see your expected delivery date on your Order History page, as well as an expected delivery date for individual products when viewing your full order details. 

If your organisation is not currently receiving Order Acknowledgements, please email registration@espo.org who will be able to get these set up for you.

 

How will stock be allocated to my order/s?

Good news! After placing your order/s, if stock is available, it will be automatically saved for you and delivered during your chosen week - ready for your return. If any items are subject to an extended lead time, when the order is due for delivery, they will be delivered as soon as they are available.

 

What if an item is out of stock?

If you are placing your order on the website, the item will show as ‘Out of stock’ and you will be unable to add that item to your basket, however, you will find a wide range of suitable alternatives on our website. 

If you order via email or a finance system, out of stock items will show on the Order Acknowledgement and you would need to reorder once stock is available.

Items with an extended lead time may be delivered as ‘To follows’ separately to your scheduled order date and we will send these out to you as soon as they come in. 

 

Can I order Direct Delivery products? (item codes beginning with A, N or X)

You can continue to add Direct Delivery items within your summer holiday orders, however the discount is not applicable on these items. 

Suppliers will mostly deliver once schools return after the holidays. If you want your items delivered during the holidays, you must specify this within your order and provide a contact name and number, with availability of when someone would be able to receive the order.

 

 

Returns

How do I return a product?

If you would like to return a product, you can complete this online form as soon as you receive your order. Due to the summer holidays, we have extended our returns period until Monday 30 September 2024.
