Following intense market research and engagement the insurance solution structure has been split into two separate contractual arrangements; 1160 Insurance Brokerage and Associated Service Framework Agreement; The insurance brokerage and associated service framework allows for direct comparison of each insurance broker and enables customers to appoint one insurance broker as the customer representative on matters relating to insurance. 1198 Insurance Placement Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) The DPS provides access to pre-qualified insurance providers offering provision of all classes of insurance. This arrangement keeps the choice of an insurance broker and an insurer separate so you can drive real value from both processes.

1160_23 Insurance Brokerage Framework

Framework Period (05 July 2023 - 04 July 2027) The insurance brokerage and associated service framework allows for direct comparison of each insurance broker and enables customers to appoint one insurance broker as the customer representative on matters relating to insurance.

1198_24 Insurance Placement DPS

Framework Period (21 May 2024 - 20th July 2029) with possibility to extend to 20th May 2034. Through entry via the 1160 Insurance Brokerage framework, the DPS provides access to pre-qualified insurance providers offering provision of all classes of insurance. This arrangement keeps the choice of an insurance broker and an insurer separate so you can drive real value from both processes together.
