Framework Accordion Title

The framework is split into three Lots, with a number of service options within each Lot, to provide for the installation, operation and maintenance of half hourly and non-half electricity meters and communication links to meters covered by Codes of Practice 3, 5, 8, 9, 10 and any meter(s) impacted by future legislative change, plus gas AMR and associated data services. Data Collection/Aggregation services are also available under this framework for retrieval, validation, estimation and processing of half hour data. An overview of the three Lots available are given below: • Lot 1 - Half-Hourly (HH) Meter Operator Service (MOP): the provision, installation, commissioning, testing, operation and maintenance of electricity meters on a rental or purchase basis, with communications links to meters covered by Codes of Practice 3, 5, 10 and any meter(s) impacted by future legislative change. Also included are Data Collection and Aggregation Services (DC/DA): the retrieval, validation, estimation and processing of Half-Hourly (HH) data services for the purposes of settlement and/or aggregation in compliance with the relevant regulations. Customers will also have the option to access their data through a portal or website for energy management purposes. • Lot 2 - Non-Half Hourly (NHH) AMR Meter Operator Service (MOP): the provision and installation of electricity meters, on a rental or purchase basis, or adoption of existing AMR devices, plus maintenance, commissioning, testing and operation of such assets, plus communications links to meters covered by Code of Practice 8, 9, 10 and any meter(s) impacted by future legislative change. Also included are Data Collection and Aggregation Services (DC/DA): the retrieval, validation, estimation and processing of Non-Half Hourly (NHH) Data for the purposes of settlement and/or aggregation. Customers will have the option to access their data through a portal or website for energy management purposes. • Lot 3 - Gas AMR and data services: the installation, or adoption, and maintenance of gas AMR devices on gas meters with Service Provider approved readings provided to gas suppliers on a monthly basis. Customers will also have the option to access their data through a portal or website for energy management purposes.
