A key feature of this framework is ESPO's ability to provide a comprehensive bill validation service to customers, by acting as a central invoicing point for suppliers, for customers that opt to take a 'Fully Managed' solution. As well as the supply of mains gas, this framework provides a number of key features including: a comprehensive Bill Validation Service, Automated Meter Reading (AMR), new meter connections, changes to existing connections/ disconnections/ upgrades, and a dedicated Account Manager.
