There is not a 'one size fits' all approach, each customer has the option to submit their own specification to suppliers for the specific solution that they require via the Framework via further competition. Alternatively, authorities with requirements in line with those of the specifications used at the tender stage may wish to call off products directly from the awarded suppliers. All the suppliers on this framework have been selected for their experience and ability to provide products combine quality and value for money. The framework offers the following Lots: Lot 1 - Emulsion Products Lot 2 - Packed Highways Products Lot 3 - Joint Sealant Products Lot 4 - Other Bituminous Based Highways Products

Lot 1 Emulsion Products

This lot is for emulsion products which includes but is not limited to: tack coat emulsion, cold applied surface dressing emulsion, hot applied surface dressing emulsion, slow set slurry sealing emulsion, polymer modified bitumen emulsion, cold joint paint, blown bitumen, 40/60 pen bitumen, K3 stabilizer and Spray injection patching emulsion. Call-offs can be made via direct award or via further competition.

Lot 2 Packed Highways Products

This lot is for packed highways products which includes but is not limited to: mortar, bedding mortar, polyester resin mortar, epoxy resin mortar, rapid set concrete, rapid set kerb repair, rapid set surface reinstatement concrete, rapid set postfix concrete and soil stabiliser. Call-offs can be made via direct award or via further competition.

Lot 3 Joint Sealant Products

This lot is for Joint Sealant Products which includes but is not limited to: hot applied bitumen overbanding, hot applied bitumen crack sealant, hot applied bitumen joint sealant, Rubber joint sealant for horizontal joints and cracks and cold applied thixotropic bitumen emulsion for application to vertical surfaces. Call-offs can be made via direct award or via further competition.

Lot 4 Other Bituminous Based Highways Products

This lot is for other bituminous based products which includes but is not limited to: bituminous joint and edge sealant spray, deferred set bitumen macadam, open graded pothole repair, close graded permanent cold-lay surfacing material, water reactive binder permanent cold-lay surfacing material and thermoplastic overbanding tape. Call-offs can be made via direct award or via further competition.
