Framework 3A-20
Status: Stakeholder engagement

ESPO are currently in the process of renewing this framework which will provide a comprehensive range of advertising solutions.

To ensure the solution is fit for purpose, please feel free to complete our survey here. The results will provide us with an insight into customer requirements helping to provide the best possible service.
 

Below is a brief overview of the proposed Lot structure for the new Advertising Solutions framework (3A-20).

Lot 1: Recruitment Advertising & Related Services 
Access a broad range of services in terms of recruitment advertising and other resourcing related advertising services, making use of various approaches in order to attract the most suitable candidates.

Lot 2: Public Notices Advertising
Access a broad range of services in terms of public notices advertising, making use of several of approaches in order to publish statutory notices. This may include, but is not limited to: printed press (local/regional newspapers); digital media and any other media channel as applicable.

Lot 3: Campaign Advertising
Access a broad range of services in terms of campaign and media related advertising.  The type of campaigns that can be conducted under the lot may include, but is not limited to: promotion of recycling schemes; promotion of adoption and fostering campaigns; promotion of the use of public transport; promotion of health campaigns; and any other campaigns as specified by individual customers.

Lot 4: Student Recruitment Advertising 
A broad range of services in terms of campaign and media related advertising to support student recruitment.

Lot 5: Public Relations Services 
A wide variety of public relations services, including but not limited to the following: producing PR plans, crisis management services, press releases, media monitoring, staff PR training, providing publicity material and publications. 

Lot 6: Management of Advertising Space
Customers who wish to contract with an organisation that specialises in securing and managing the commercial advertising or sponsorship of customer owned space.

  • Schools & Academies
  • Police & Emergency Services
  • NHS & HSC Bodies
  • Central Government Departments & their agencies
  • Registered Charities
