This ESPO framework offers customers a quick, simple, reliable and competitive route for procuring their waste and recycling collection and disposal services. In addition to the more common waste and recycling services, this framework also offers a food waste collection and recycling service which offers customers yet further opportunity to both reduce costs (by diverting food waste from landfill) whilst helping meet their environmental aspirations by supporting the zero waste to landfill initiative.
