Technology Products & Associated Services (TePAS) offers public sector buyers a flexible and compliant way to source all of their technology product needs. This replaces the previous Technology Products 2 (RM3733) framework but is the first iteration of the Technology Products frameworks to have associated services in its scope. Under this agreement buyers can procure a wide variety of IT hardware and software products, as well as associated services. The framework can be accessed by an easy price-only request for quote exercise or for more complex requirements, further competitions can be run. The framework was established through a collaborative procurement exercise undertaken by ESPO and CCS (Crown Commercial Service).
Lot 1 Hardware & Software (and Associated Services)
Combined hardware and software requirements or combined hardware and software and associated requirements. Refer below to lots 2 and 3 for product scopes. Services: End user support, service desk, integration, system installation, project management, training, leasing (hire of goods), security management, hardware asset management (HAM), software asset management (SAM), network infrastructure management services, device as a service (DaaS), escrow.

Hardware requirements, including but not limited to; end user devices, infrastructure hardware, consumables and peripheral equipment. Services: End user support, service desk, integration, system installation, project management, training, leasing (hire of goods), security management, hardware asset management (HAM), network infrastructure management services, device as a service (DaaS).
Lot 3 Software & Associated Services
Software requirements, including but not limited; commercial off the shelf software (COTS software), open source software, software licenses and associated services. End user support, service desk, integration, system installation, project management, training, leasing (hire of goods), security management, software asset management (SAM), escrow.
Lot 4 Information Assured Products & Associated Services
Hardware and software requirements with protective and information assurance. (For requirements where an additional security wrap / information assurance for the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and other such organisations is needed. Suppliers on this lot are List X accredited). Services: End user support, service desk, integration, system installation, project management, training, leasing (hire of goods), security management, hardware asset management (HAM), software asset management (SAM), network infrastructure management services, device as a service (DaaS), escrow.
