Our Technology Enabled Care (TEC) framework offers a compliant, flexible and efficient route to procure a wide range of telecare and telehealth products and services.

These include digital alarms and dispersed alarm units, fall detectors, smart home monitoring systems, environmental sensors (C02, flood, smoke), alarm receiving centre (ARC) services, remote patient monitoring, warden call systems, vital signs monitoring (ECG, oxygen saturation) and expert consultancy advice.

This covers telecare products designed to monitor the safety, health, and well-being of individuals, typically those who are elderly, disabled, or living with medical conditions in their daily activities. Please note this Lot is Direct Award or Further Competition.

This lot is for your telecare services. These services may comprise of anything from a fully outsourced managed service, to any one or more individual components of a telecare service. Please note this Lot is Further Competition only.

Lot 2.1 Telehealth Products and Associated Services

This covers telehealth products and technologies designed to enable remote healthcare services, allowing healthcare providers to monitor, diagnose, treat, and communicate with patients from a distance. Please note this Lot is Further Competition only.

This lot is for your telehealth services. These services may comprise of anything from a fully outsourced managed service, to any one or more individual components of a telehealth service. Please note this Lot is Further Competition only.
