1. Finalise your basket and proceed to checkout. |

3. Please add the discount code in capital letters, without spacing, in the Purchase Order attached to your email and also quote it in your email. It is important to add it to your attached Purchase Order so that the discount can be processed and applied correctly. |

4. Add the corresponding discount code to the delivery week you have chosen into the box at the Review and Payment stage; your discount will then be applied. The discount code and delivery week you have selected must match up for the discount to be applied. Please ensure the code is in capitals and contains no spacing. |

When will my order be delivered?
At checkout, you will have the ability to select one of your regular delivery days and we will aim to deliver on that date during your selected window week. Please make sure you check your Order Acknowledgement for your exact delivery date and ensure that someone is on hand throughout the day to receive the order. We will require a mobile number for the nominated person receiving the delivery on the day.
If you are placing your order online, you can view your expected delivery date on your Order History page, as well as an expected delivery date for individual products when viewing your full order details. If any of our products show an extended lead time, don't worry, we will get these sent out to you as soon as they come in!
