Sport England terms and conditions
1. ESPO has been asked by Sport England to fulfil rewards to schools that have participated in the Sport England Active Lives Children and Young People survey.
2. ESPO will set up each qualifying school nominated by Sport England on the Sport England master account within 48 hours of receipt. Each school will have its own unique identifying delivery address number (DAN). If you already have an ESPO account, this number will be different to your usual account number and should not be used for any other purpose.
3. ESPO will send both printed and digital copies of the Sport England product selection brochure, order form, and covering letter to each qualifying school nominated by Sport England. The covering letter will state the value of the incentive that the school has qualified for as notified by Sport England.
4. Schools will use the order form provided within the pack to send their orders to ESPO. The order form can be either returned by fax on 0116 265 7909 or e-mailed to our customer services team on support@espo.org.
5. Credits can only be used against the products listed in the Active Lives Children and Young People Incentives brochure; no alternative products or cash alternatives are available.
6. ESPO will send an order acknowledgement to the school on receipt of each incentive order.
7. The order will be fulfilled by ESPO or our contracted suppliers inside 5-15 working days.
- Stock products from the ESPO warehouse, identified with a black product code, will be fulfilled within 5 working days.
- Orders from our contracted suppliers, identified with a blue product code, will be fulfilled within 10-15 working days.
8. Any damaged goods or delivery discrepancies must be reported to ESPO within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged or short delivered product will be replaced as soon as possible within the order lead times stated (5-15 days)
