Items delivered directly from our suppliers have BLUE product codes and begin with either A, X or N.
Delivery times vary by product – please check the website for up to date delivery times. Lead times can be longer between May and September.
Many items, in particular furniture, are made to order and will incur a restocking charge if you wish to return them.
Please include a mobile phone number of the person on-site who will be receiving your delivery as many suppliers will charge for re-delivery.
Please ensure you report any discrepancies or damages to your order within 24 hours of delivery.
Check your order includes the correct height, size and colour information.
Do not remove your existing furniture before your new furniture has been delivered.
