Lot 1 Multifunctional Print Devices (MFDs) and Basic Print Management Software

Lot 1 is a single supplier arrangement offering a range of printers and photocopiers (MFDs) and basic print management software. The devices can be purchased or leased for this lot and are available via a simple web-based portal. This lot is available via direct award only.

Lot 2 Multifunctional Print Devices (MFDs) Print Management and/or Digital Workflow Software and Associated Services

This lot can be used to access a range of printers and photocopiers (MFDs) via either lease or purchase. It also covers consumables, maintenance and print management software. This lot can be accessed via direct award or further competition.

Lot 3 Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), GovPrint Hardware, Managed Print Services and Digital Workflow Software Services

Under lot 3 you can outsource the management of your print services. The supplier will support you to review your organisation's current printing and document workflow practises and then manage the fleet of devices to best suit your organisation. This lot can be accessed by further competition only.

Lot 4 GovPrint hardware, accessories and operational services

This lot is new to this agreement, it offers customers with the provision of 9 hardware devices that include device management software and service and maintenance provision which are compatible with the GovPrint Cloud Service. This lot can be accessed via direct award or further competition.

Lot 5 Print Consultancy Services

Lot 5 provides independent audit and consultancy services; this includes the assessment and evaluation of your print and content management requirements to identify cost savings. This lot can be accessed via direct award or further competition.
