Lot 1A Modular Education Buildings (Hire)
This Lot is for the hire of education buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to: classrooms single or double (with or without toilets), laboratories, staff rooms, nurseries, sports halls and gymnasiums. It offers a 5 year minimum warranty and rental periods range from 26 weeks onwards.

This Lot is for the purchase of education buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to: classrooms single or double (with or without toilets), laboratories, staff rooms, nurseries, sports halls and gymnasiums. It offers a 5 year minimum warranty.

This Lot is for the hire of healthcare buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to: operating theatres, wards, mortuaries, laboratories, pharmacies, GP surgeries, A&E departments, dental surgeries and waiting rooms. It offers a 5 year minimum warranty and rental periods range from 26 weeks onwards.

This Lot is for the purchase of healthcare buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to: operating theatres, wards, mortuaries, laboratories, pharmacies, GP surgeries, A&E departments, dental surgeries and waiting rooms. It offers a 5 year minimum warranty.

This Lot offers the hire of catering buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to: production kitchens, preparation kitchens, ware washing, dining rooms and laundry rooms. It offers a minimum warranty of 1 year and rental periods range from 1 week onwards.
Lot 3B Modular Catering Buildings (Purchase)
This Lot offers the purchase of catering buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to: production kitchens, preparation kitchens, ware washing, dining rooms and laundry rooms. It offers a minimum warranty of 1 year.
Lot 4B Modular Accommodation Buildings (Purchase)
This Lot offers the purchase of accommodation buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to: flats, houses, barracks, homeless accommodation, campuses / dorm rooms, student accommodation, capsules/cubes, lodges, site accommodation, extreme shelters (e.g. polar) and care accommodation. It offers a 10 year minimum warranty.

This Lot offers the hire of miscellaneous modular buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to: offices, toilets, security huts / gatehouses / ticket offices, anti-vandal buildings, storage buildings, blast resistant buildings, changing rooms, portable kitchens (temporary) and portable bathrooms (temporary). Warranty: 2 years minimum. Rental periods range from 1 week onwards.

This Lot offers the purchase of miscellaneous modular buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to: offices, toilets, security huts / gatehouses / ticket offices, anti-vandal buildings, storage buildings, blast resistant buildings, changing rooms, portable kitchens (temporary) and portable bathrooms (temporary). Warranty: 2 years minimum.
