Framework 953 offers access to a wide range of modular buildings for use in a variety of situations. Customers are able to order anything from a basic shell modular building to a full turnkey solution, along with the ability to customise with additional options to fulfil individual requirements. Customers also have the option to access refurbished modular buildings.
All modular buildings comply with The Building Regulations 2010, Building Safety Act 2022 and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 and all subsequent amendments. All timber and wood-derived products for supply or use in performance of a contract

Lot 1A Modular Education Buildings - Hire
Lot 1A is for the hire of education modular buildings for a variety of uses including but not limited to classrooms (single/double), laboratories, classrooms with toilet facilities (single/double), staff room, nurseries, sports halls and gymnasiums. Rental periods range from 26 weeks onwards.
Lot 1B Modular Education Buildings - Purchase
Lot 1B is for the purchase of education modular buildings for a variety of uses including but not limited to classrooms (single/double), laboratories, classrooms with toilet facilities (single/double), staff room, nurseries, sports halls and gymnasiums. The minimum warranty requirement is 5 years.
Lot 2A Modular Healthcare Buildings - Hire
Lot 2A is for the hire of healthcare modular buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to theatres, wards, mortuaries, laboratories, pharmacy, GP surgery, accident & emergency, dental surgeries and waiting rooms. Rental periods range from 26 weeks onwards.
Lot 2B Modular Healthcare Buildings - Purchase
Lot 2B is for the purchase of healthcare modular buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to theatres, wards, mortuaries, laboratories, pharmacy, GP surgery, accident & emergency, dental surgeries and waiting rooms. The minimum warranty requirement is 5 years.
Lot 3A Modular Catering Buildings - Hire
Lot 3A is for the hire of catering modular buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to production kitchens, preparation kitchens, ware washing, dining room and laundry room. Rental periods range from 1 week onwards.
Lot 3B Modular Catering Buildings - Purchase
Lot 3B is for the purchase of catering modular buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to production kitchens, preparation kitchens, ware washing, dining room and laundry room. The minimum warranty requirement is 1 year.
Lot 4A Modular Accommodation Buildings - Hire
Lot 4A is for the hire of accommodation modular buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to flats, houses, barracks, homeless accommodation, campus / dorm room / student accommodation, capsule / cube, lodge, site accommodation, extreme shelter e.g. polar and care accommodation. Rental periods range from 26 weeks onwards.
Lot 4B Modular Accommodation Buildings - Purchase
Lot 4B is for the purchase of accommodation modular buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to flats, houses, barracks, homeless accommodation, campus / dorm room / student accommodation, capsule / cube, lodge, site accommodation, extreme shelter e.g. polar and care accommodation. The minimum warranty requirement is 10 years.
Lot 5A Modular Miscellaneous Buildings - Hire
Lot 5A is for the hire of a range of modular buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to office, toilets. security hut/gatehouse/ticket office, anti-vandal, storage, blast resistant building, changing room, portable kitchen (temporary) and portable bathroom (temporary). Rental periods range from 1 week onwards.
Lot 5B Modular Miscellaneous Buildings - Purchase
Lot 5B is for the purchase of a range of modular buildings for a variety of uses including, but not limited to office, toilets. security hut/gatehouse/ticket office, anti-vandal, storage, blast resistant building, changing room, portable kitchen (temporary) and portable bathroom (temporary).
