The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) has issued a product recall for certain coloured sand products purchased on or after 01 January 2023 after testing identified trace quantities of asbestos within the sand. The products have been withdrawn from sale and are being recalled as a precautionary measure.

Our supplier has identified that four sand-filled blocks that form part of Sensory Blocks set – product code: 167096 may contain trace levels of asbestos within the sand.
