Healthy Eating Posting Game

Learn all about healthy eating and the Eatwell Guide with this fun posting game. Children take turns picking a card printed with a real-life photo of a piece of food. The reverse side is coloured to match the post box with the correct food group. They try to identify the food group it belongs to using the A4 laminated Eatwell* Guide. They then check the answer on the reverse of the card and post it into the post box with the corresponding colour. A 12-page booklet provides added guidance and advice about the different food groups and healthy diets. Containing 46 cards, 5 post boxes (14cm x 6cm x 6cm) to represent each of the food groups, a laminated A4 Eatwell Guide and a 12-page teachers’ booklet. Suitable for age 5+.
