When can I expect my order?

When your order arrives will depend on your chosen delivery option. Next day delivery will arrive the day after placing your order as long as it was ordered before 12 noon. Standard delivery will arrive within 3 working days of placing your order. You can find your exact delivery date on your order acknowledgement or within the MyAccount section of the website. 

Direct Delivery items (identified by their blue codes beginning with A, N, or X) carry their own lead times. These are shown throughout the catalogue and on the website.
