Framework Accordion Title

This framework is designed primarily for use by Local Authority or School Library Services with a requirement for the supply of ‘shelf ready’ library stock serviced to individual specifications, by suppliers who offer additional facilities such as EDI integration and stock selection. This framework offers the supply of adult and children’s library stock, including fiction, non-fiction, curriculum material, CDs and DVDs, and foreign language materials. Flexibility within the framework allows customers to set up whatever stock selection and supply arrangements they require, supported by comprehensive bibliographic and reader development services. All suppliers offer stock ‘servicing’ and can support RFID.

Lot 1 Adult Stock and Reference

For the supply of adult stock and reference materials, supplied shelf-ready and serviced bespoke to individual requirements. This includes all traditional requirements (spine labels, date labels, plastic jackets, etc.) as well as providing, programming and activating RFID tags. The stock categories covered by this Lot are as follows: Adult Fiction Adult Non Fiction Reference Material

Lot 2 Children's Stock

This Lot is for the supply of children's stock, supplied shelf-ready and serviced bespoke to individual requirements. This includes all traditional requirements (spine labels, date labels, plastic jackets, etc.) as well as providing, programming and activating RFID tags. The stock categories covered by this Lot are as follows: Children’s Fiction, including board books Children’s Non Fiction

Lot 3 Audio Visual Stock

This Lot is for the supply of audio visual stock, supplied shelf-ready and serviced bespoke to your needs. This includes all traditional requirements (spine labels, date labels, plastic jackets, etc.) as well as providing, programming and activating RFID tags. The stock categories covered by this Lot include: CDs DVDs

Lot 4 Foreign Language Stock

For the supply of foreign language stock, supplied shelf-ready and serviced bespoke to individual needs. This includes all traditional requirements (spine labels, date labels, plastic jackets, etc.) as well as providing, programming and activating RFID tags. The stock categories covered by this Lot are as follows: Adult Fiction Adult Non Fiction Children’s Fiction Children’s Non Fiction

Framework 376E (eBooks, eAudiobooks and Print Books) is likely to be more suitable for single educational establishments, or for those with a requirement for e-books and audiobooks. Please contact us if you are unsure which framework is best suited to your needs.
