This multi-supplier framework agreement provides a quick, simple and competitive route to the lease of cars and light-medium commercial vehicles (up to and including 3.5 tonnes) as well as independent fleet management services. It is not intended to include the outright purchase of such vehicles, which is covered by another framework (see framework ref RM6244 for further details). All of the suppliers on the framework have been selected for their experience and ability to provide customers with the aforementioned vehicle types/independent fleet management services. The scope of the framework covers the supply and delivery of vehicles to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK). The framework is intended to meet the diverse requirements of local authorities and other eligible organisations that require such vehicles. The call-off options of either direct award or further competition are available.
Lot 1 Lease of vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes
Suppliers on this Lot will provide the lease of passenger and/or commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes (on an ad-hoc basis or through a fixed term, sole supply fleet management relationship) and other associated services.
Lot 3 Independent Fleet Management Services
Suppliers on this Lot offer the following services - vehicle selection and acquisition, driver and vehicle administration services, telematic and fuel card management, help in ensuring the health and safety of drivers and vehicles and the option for management of vehicles you already own.
