Lot 1 Pay & Display Solutions
Lot 1 offers customers access to a range of ticket machines and payment terminals designed for the Pay & Display market. Both mains operated and solar powered machines are available under the framework and a range of maintenance packages. In addition back-office management reporting tools / back office software systems can be purchased to help customers monitor, program and control their terminals. Customers should approach suppliers directly to understand more about what the software can do and associated costs. Also included within Lot 1 are: Parking Bay Sensor Technology, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) notably for use in Parking Permit management, Contactless/ cashless payment solutions and Marketing Capabilities - Coupons / Vouchers.
Lot 2 Pay on Foot Solutions
Lot 2 is designed to cover a large range of products and services designed for the Pay on Foot market. It allows customers to purchase anything from a single pay station right through to a complete Pay on Foot solution across a number of car parks. In addition back-office management reporting tools / back office software systems can be purchased to help customers monitor, program and control their pay on foot parking solution. Customers should approach suppliers directly to understand more about what the software can do and associated costs. Products and Services available under Lot 2 include but are not limited to: Entry/Exit terminals, Barriers, Pay stations, Signage, ANPR, Control Centre / Back Office system, Maintenance Packages, Training & Support, Site Survey & Quotation and Delivery, Installation and Project Management. There are many different types of Pay on Foot solutions out there, customers may wish to consider the following for their specific requirement: Barrier or barrier less solution, Ticketed or ticket less solution, Parking payment methods, ANPR or Surveillance Equipment.
Lot 3 Cashless Parking Solutions
Lot 3 offers customers access providers of cashless parking solutions (the Systems) that allow car park users (the End Users) to book, pay for and extend their parking session via mobile phone (calling or texting to a dedicated number), and via an application interface available on all platforms and devices that include the functionality for app-based software. The Supplier’s Systems can provide real time data available to the contracting Customers for the enforcement of parking regulations in compliance with the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA) 2014 legislation and the System will be adaptable with any future legislation requirements. Additional functions / features that the Systems can provide include the following: Confirmation / Reminder / Extended via PUSH notification /mobile app to End Users, Tariff Change, Add / Remove Locations, Booking of multiple sessions at the same time by the End Users and Integration with other parking related software.
Lot 4 Civil Enforcement Systems
Lot 4 covers comprehensive civil enforcement software and associated services to assist customers in their enforcement under the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA) and other similar legislation. This lot has been specifically designed to include the administration and processing of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and also the issuing and management of permits. The following information details the components of the notice processing system for processing PCN’s, the hardware and software required. There is a range of systems and hosting options available under this lot and customers should consider the most appropriate for requirement. It is recognised that customers may wish to include additional areas such civil enforcement officer mapping and even business processing in their solutions. Customers are advised conduct a further competition to determine actual costs. Products and Services available in Lot 4 include: Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issuing and processing, Permit management, Handheld mobile devices, Business processing, Fixed Penalty charges, Environmental enforcement, Civil Enforcement Officer (CEO) mapping, Clamping and Removals Management, Data migration and MI.
