he Flameshield® Tricord Hessian Side Hinge Tamperproof Noticeboard offers a secure, durable, and fire-safe solution for displaying notices in schools, offices, and public spaces. Single door models can be mounted either portrait or landscape with the hinge on the long edge, while twin door models are designed for landscape use only. The board features locking, hinged, virtually shatterproof fire-rated PETG doors, framed in satin silver anodised aluminium with concealed corner fixings for a clean and professional finish. An internal clearance of 20mm provides ample space for notices.
Manufactured in the UK by Spaceright Europe Ltd, the noticeboard core and bonded Tricord Hessian textile are fire retardant as a composite, achieving Class 0 when tested to BS 476 Parts 6 and 7 and complying with Class B-s1, d0 under BS EN 13501-1:2002. The clear plastic tamperproof doors are tested separately and conform to Class 1Y under BS 476 Part 7, providing added safety and security.
