For the experimental determination of the specific heat capacity of different metals. Cylindrical metal blocks, mass 1kg and adjusted to an accuracy of +/-2%. Each block is drilled with 2 holes: a large central hole of 12.5mm dia. for an immersion heater and a smaller hole of 7.5mm dia. for a thermometer or temperature sensor.
