This ESPO framework offers customers access to an extensive range of building supplies including general building materials, kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing materials, fencing and electrical items. There is also the provision of decorating cards. Items can be purchased by simply placing an order directly with your chosen supplier based on the prices and terms of the framework.
Customers with high volume requirements may choose to identify the most appropriate supplier by conducting a further competition and obtaining bespoke quotations for building supplies. This ESPO national framework offers access to pre-approved suppliers, who can be appointed using efficient procurement processes to provide building materials to your organisation. Lot 1 One Stop Shop
This Lot operates on a discount-off list price and covers products from Lots 2 – 6, allowing customers to award to one supplier for all of their building supplies requirements.
Lot 2 Building Materials
This Lot includes products such as timber, aggregates, ironmongery, roofing, doors, windows, tools, and hardware such as screws and plugs. There is a non-exhaustive pricing schedule, and items not included in this can also be purchased under the framework.
Lot 3 Plumbing and Bathrooms
This Lot includes products such as boilers, gas spares, radiators, piping, valves, connections, boilers, radiators, bathroom suites and spares. There is a non-exhaustive pricing schedule, and items not included in this can also be purchased under the framework.
Lot 4 Kitchens
This Lot operates on a discount-off list price for the supply of kitchens, including products such as cupboard units, worktops, taps, and sinks in various materials.
Lot 5 Electrical
This Lot includes products such as indoor and outdoor lighting, consumer units, cables, connections, switches, sockets and smoke alarms. There is a non-exhaustive pricing schedule, and items not included in this can also be purchased under the framework.
Lot 6 Paint and Associate Products
This Lot covers the Supply of paint and associated products, including various paint types, varnish, primers, brushes and filler.
Lot 7 Fencing
This Lot includes products such as metal and timber fencing and gates, such as welded mesh, bow top, vertical bar fencing, knee rail fencing, hit and miss boards, security fencing, and playground fencing. There is a non-exhaustive pricing schedule, and items not included in this can also be purchased under the framework.
Lot 8 Decorators Scheme
This Lot covers the supply of decorating cards / vouchers in any quantity which can be pre-loaded with funds to enable end users to purchase decorating products. The typical items included would be paints, cleaning materials, abrasives, tools and sundries. You are able to specify the products available to the end user. The Lot operates on a discount-off list price. The discount would be applied to the value of the voucher and the end user would pay full retail price for these items.
