FedEx Express are experiencing network issues which is affecting their domestic services. This may result in a slight delay with your delivery. Also as a result of this we are unfortunately currently unable to offer next day delivery on catalogue orders for any customers.
This may also result in a delay to an existing order you have placed with us. For shipments that are already in FedEx's network, FedEx have plans in place to get these delivered as quickly as possible. For all other orders already placed, our contingency plans are already in place to reduce the effect this has to you.
Existing orders should not be affected in the following areas: Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, and Warwickshire.
