As you may already be aware from articles in the national press, Whirlpool group who manufacture Hotpoint, Indesit and Creda have identified a potential safety concern on some of their condenser and vented tumble dryers supplied between April 2004 and September 2015.
If you have purchased a Hotpoint, Indesit or Creda tumble dryer during this period and it is still in use, we would like to remind you to check with the manufacturer to see if it is one of the models affected and the appropriate remedial action is taken.
