Get to know more about the ESPO Early Years team by meeting Sally-Anne Rabone , one of our Key Account Managers!

Tell us a bit about your role at ESPO Early Years

As a Key Account Manager, my role is all about building strong, long-term relationships and making sure you have everything you need to achieve your goals. I really enjoy getting to know each setting and understanding what makes it unique, so I can tailor our support to fit you perfectly. I’m passionate about helping providers create the best possible environments for children to learn and thrive, and I’m always just a call or email away if you need anything.

What did you get up to before joining the team?  

Before joining the team, I was a Sales Manager with the same organisation for 10 years. I had the privilege of working closely with nurseries, early education providers and childcare settings of all sizes supporting them with resources, guidance, and tailored solutions to make a real difference.  

What’s on the top of your to-do list for the next few weeks? 

Getting to know my customers and really understanding their priorities. Learning about each nursery or early years setting, what’s working well for them, what challenges they’re facing, and how we can best support their needs. I’ll also be reviewing our existing accounts and familiarising myself, so I can provide informed, proactive support from day one

How do you like to start your working day?

I like to start my day with a coffee, a quick catch up on emails, and a look at my to do list. I find being organised early helps me feel ready to support my customers and make the most of the day.

What is the highlight of your role?

What I love most about my role is connecting with educators who share the same commitment to giving every child the best possible start in life.

What is your favourite Early Years product/category/collection and why? 

Exploration & Discovery! I believe is the heart of early years provision: curiosity, investigation and children making sense of the world.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and friends - usually outdoors if the weather allows! I really enjoy exploring new places, going for walks, and finding fun activities to do with my children. I also like a bit of quiet time with a good book or catching up on a favourite series.
