Double win for ESPO at the Feefo Trusted Service Awards 2025

We’re excited to announce that ESPO have won not one, but two prestigious awards at the Feefo Trusted Service Awards this year!


Firstly, we’re happy to share the news that we’ve received the Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award for excellence in customer service throughout 2024. This award is an independent seal of excellence, which recognises organisations that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience and it’s one that we take much pride in receiving here at ESPO! 


With customer service at the heart of everything we do, you can imagine our excitement when we learned that we’d also been awarded one of Feefo’s most exclusive accolades in customer service – the Feefo Exceptional Service badge! This exclusive award, one of only 32 allocated to businesses across various industries, celebrates our dedication to great service and customer engagement over the past year.  

The good news doesn’t stop there, because from all the feedback we received last year, ESPO have helped plant 600 trees through our involvement in Treefo (part of Feefo)! Our subscription means that every time you leave us a review, we help fund a tree-planting project. This service helps ESPO and our customers do more for the planet and work towards our ongoing sustainability goals.  


We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful Customer Services team for their efforts in this area over the last year as well as our staff across ESPO who are dedicated to delivering excellent service.
