Lot 1 Supply and Delivery of Ambient, Fresh and Chilled Foods

This lot encompasses a comprehensive selection of everyday ambient and chilled groceries, including fresh fruit and vegetables. Products include but are not limited to ambient, chilled and fresh: milk and dairy products, eggs, fresh or cooked poultry and meats, fresh fruit and vegetables, fats and oils, flour and baking ingredients, pasta, rice, grains, lentils and pulses, confectionery and snacks, biscuits, vinegar based products, canned fish, canned fruit, canned meat, canned vegetables, cooking and savoury sauces, pastes, gravies and stock, dried fruit and nuts, breakfast cereals, herbs and spices, condiments, chilled fillings, soft drinks, juices and waters, hot and cold beverages, teas and coffees.

Lot 2 Supply and Delivery of Frozen Foods

This lot encompasses supply and delivery to a variety of frozen food products. Products include but are not limited to frozen: fish and seafood, meat and poultry, meat-free alternatives, vegetables, chips and potato specialities, burgers and sausages, pizza, pies and pasties, pre-prepared ready meals, frozen 'heat-to-eat' grab and go products, thaw-and-serve breads, ready-to-bake bakery and pastries, savoury and sweet buffets, cakes and patisseries, desserts, puddings, ice cream and lollies.

Lot 3 Supply and Delivery of Ambient, Fresh, Chilled and Frozen Foods

This consolidated category offers a single source route for all products as described in both Lot 1 and Lot 2. It provides a convenient option for a full range of food products commonly required for catering operations.

Lot 4 Supply and Delivery of Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Salads

This lot is a specialised channel specifically for fresh produce requirements. It is designed to meet the distinct requirements for these items, such as seasonal availability, rapid delivery and local sourcing. This category is predominantly fulfilled by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who can offer a more focused and agile service for quality fresh produce items. Includes but not limited to: fresh fruit, vegetables, potatoes, salads and herbs, as well as daily essentials such as eggs, bread, milk and dairy products.
