Service update - order processing

As you may be aware, earlier this week ESPO experienced some technical issues with our electronic orders and emails. These issues have now been resolved, however we would like to make customers aware that unfortunately this is likely to result in a delay in responding to your enquiry or order.
If you placed an order with us electronically on Monday or Tuesday of this week, we may not be able to guarantee the delivery of this order within our normal timescales. Your order will be processed and we will aim to deliver on your next allocated delivery date.
We do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and we are working hard to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
