We know that the public sector is currently facing challenging and exceptional circumstances, so it has never been more important that we continue to support you in any way that we can.

We’d like to thank our customers for their understanding and support during this time as we continue to adapt and find solutions to provide necessary services to keep your organisation running as smoothly as possible.
 


Procurement services

We would like to reassure customers that our frameworks are still available to access, with the majority of suppliers and services operating without interruption.

While this is the case for most of our frameworks, some of the essential services procured through our solutions are in high demand due to current circumstances. We understand this can be frustrating for our customers, but our suppliers and Procurement teams are working to get acess to these products and services running as normal again.

In such exceptional circumstances, authorities may need to procure goods, services and works with extreme urgency. We are aware of the new Policy Procurement Notice which details information on how the public procurement regulations can be used in urgent situations to ensure an efficient response to these unprecedented challenges. ESPO provides access to a variety of goods and services that can help during challenging times.

Our team are able to provide you with support during this time, as well as updates and realistic timescales on these services. In line with the recent Government guidance, many of our staff are now working from home and are fully equipped to support you as they always have done but please bear with us as we deal with an unprecedented amount of enquiries on some frameworks.

How to reach us
Many of our staff are now working from home and are fully equipped to support you as they always have done; Customer Services, Procurement teams and Account Managers can be contacted via email and if ordering products we encourage customers to use our online ordering site where possible to gain access to our full range.
 
Our teams are currently dealing with more enquiries than usual but please be assured that we are here to help and will support you as best we can.



Ordering products from our catalogue
You are still able to place orders with ESPO and, while there may be a longer processing time than we are normally able to offer, we are still able to deliver your goods.
