At ESPO we realise the importance of having a real person on hand if you need them, so we have decided to increase our customer facing team to make sure we are able to provide the best possible service for the public sector.

Do I have the same Account Manager?

We now have three dedicated National Account Managers to support our corporate customers across the UK. They each look after different sectors to suit their knowledge in order to provide expert service and advice for any requirement.

Your usual Account Manager may have changed, so we have highlighted the sectors they support so you can easily identify the best person to speak to:

What else has changed?

We have a large breadth of services across our procurement solutions so we have also expanded our Customer Relationship team to reflect this. We now have three experts to assist customers with larger or more complex needs from initial enquiry right through to the end solution.

Who do I speak to if I have a question?

Espo.org is full of helpful information and guides on our frameworks so it is always a good place to start. If you are still unsure or need some further guidance, your dedicated Account Manager is there to help you make the best use of our services or just offer some friendly advice.
