This ESPO framework offers customers a quick, simple and route to procuring general business banking services and money transmission; including credit & debit card payment processing and bill payment services.

This ESPO framework offers customers a quick, simple and competitive route to banking services. The framework is aimed at local government, the education sector and wider public sector organisations, and will therefore cover a range of different customers’ needs. The framework comprises two lots, which include:

  • General banking services
  • Merchant acquiring

The framework is available for use nationally by any public sector body in the UK including, but not limited to…

  • Schools & Academies
  • Local Authority Establishments
  • Police & Emergency Services
  • NHS & HSC Bodies
  • Registered Charities
Please note: The framework is not available to Central Government Departments & their Agencies.

What are the benefits of using this framework?

  • Quick & easy to use - This framework is already EU/UK Compliant. We’ve already done the hard work, so there’s no need to run a full EU tender.
  • Pre-agreed conditions - There is no need to worry about what terms & conditions to use, they’ve all been pre-agreed under the framework and will underpin all contracts placed under the agreement. Customers will therefore save time by not having to enter into lengthy negotiations with the suppliers.
  • Suppliers - All suppliers listed on the framework have already been assessed for their past performance, experience and technical & professional ability. All suppliers are also fully compliant with the FCA and/or PCI DSS standards.
  • Template documentation - Template specifications and further competition documentation is freely available from ESPO to assist customers in procuring from the framework, helping to ensure the quality of bids/quotes received.
  • Services will be tailored to your individual requirements - Customers are able to specify their exact banking requirements to ensure services offer best value for money.
  • It’s free - There is no charge for accessing this framework.
