This ESPO framework offers a comprehensive range of occupational health services that allows organisations to meet their statutory duties of care for the health, safety and welfare of their employees in their working environment.

The new framework proposes a multi-supplier arrangement and will cover a range of Occupational Health service requirements including employee assistance programs, pre-employment screening and workplace assessments. The framework has been split into the following Lots:

Lot 1 - General Occupational Health Services:
This includes but not limited to:
• Pre-Employment Screening, Medicals & Enquiries
• Pensions and Ill Health Retirement
• Workstation/ Workplace Assessments (incl. Redeployment)
• Immunisation Programmes
• Employee Assistance Programme (Individual and Comprehensive Service)
• Treatments

Lot 2 - NHS Services:
This includes but not limited to:
• Vaccines (including Flu, Polio, Rabie, Rubella, Tuberculosis and much more)
• Blood Tests
• Medication (Diarrhoea, Malaria, insect repellent and more)
• Needlestick Injury Management
• Work Place Assessments
• Training (Autism awareness, hearing impairment awareness and more)

Lot 3 - Blue Light Services:
This includes but not limited to:
• Stress & Trauma Risk Assessments
• Watchful Waiting
• Trauma Risk Management (TRiM)
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Fire and rescue VO2 assessment
• Fitness Assessment
• Health Promotion and Awareness

Lot 4 - Employee Assistance Programmes
• Employee Assistance Programme Package
• Trauma and Critical Incident Support
• Health Promotion and Awareness
• Mediation

  • We offer Direct Award rates to allow for quick and easy benchmarking as well as a Further Competition route to provide customers with flexibility when defining specifications.

  • We have included a specialised Lot for blue light services with particular focus on providing support, trying to catch the early effects of trauma exposure and supporting individuals through difficult experiences.

  • We have provided customers with more choice by increasing the number of suppliers who can provide services nationally by 50% compared to the previous framework.
  • We have a dedicated Lot for NHS Services with a comprehensive list of vaccines, blood tests and medicines available as well as needle stick injury management.
  • Pricing on the framework is designed around organisation size to allow customers easily identify where their requirements fit and save valuable time
  • This framework is free-to-access for ESPO customers and is fully compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation.
  • Lot 1 gives you the opportunity to pick and choose services to create a package that suits your requirements - no matter how big or small!
