This framework offers a range of mailroom equipment, inbound and outbound mail services or more complex solutions for digital transformation of mail and communications.

We have made some suppliers on this agreement ‘provisionally live’ so you can procure the goods and services you need urgently.
These suppliers have shown evidence of Professional Indemnity and Employers (and where relevant Product) Liability Insurance. They may not have provided Public Liability Insurance at this time or have not demonstrated compliance to either ISO9001, ISO27001 for either themselves and/or their key subcontractor(s).
We recommend that any call-off’s you sign with ‘provisionally live’ suppliers should be for no later than 31 December 2020. This is not a permanent change to our compliance requirements.

Whether you use traditional mail services or would like to transform your mailroom to digital, this agreement provides a wide range of postal goods, services and solutions to support your postal requirements and strategy. No matter where you are in that journey from collection and delivery to inbound digital scanning and electronic distribution.

The agreement gives you access to traditional postal goods and services such as security screening, franking machines and mailroom equipment, collection and delivery (UK) and international mail services. It also offers audits, efficiency reviews and consultancy services to support the development of your postal services strategy and a range of inbound and outbound services to make your transition from a paper-based mailroom to a digital environment. This includes hybrid mail solutions that incorporate new technologies and innovation such as e-Communications and web-enabled communications and fully outsourced, managed service options with innovations to support a ‘digital by default’, paper lite strategy.

The framework was established through a collaborative procurement exercise undertaken by ESPO, CCS (Crown Commercial Service) and YPO.

The framework is available for use nationally by any public sector body in the UK including, but not limited to:

  • Local Government
  • Education to include Academies, Colleges and Universities
  • Fire & Rescue Services
  • Police Force
  • Devolved Administrations
  • Health (i.e. NHS England, NHS Trusts)
  • Central Government
  • Voluntary and Community organisations (i.e. Charities)

  • An enhanced and extensive range of mailroom equipment and software provides access to the latest technologies to increase production, reduce floor space and free up valuable resource
  • Supports aggregation of buyer requirements to drive volume discounts and access to zonal and regional pricing to deliver commercial benefits and savings
  • Introduces new technologies and innovation to reduce your physical mail and integrate paper documents into digital workflows
  • Increase security of mail items by using services such as hybrid mail
  • 50% of suppliers on the agreement are SMEs
  • Supports buyers in reducing their carbon footprint through digitisation and new energy efficient equipment and services
  • Uses a shorter and simpler standard template for contracts
