Framework 344
Status: Active

This frameworkcovers the supply of standard and bespoke signs, using a variety of materials suitable for internal and/or external use. For small value orders, customers are refered to ESPO’s main catalogue, where our range of signs are described. For all other requirements please refer to a framework.

This framework agreement covers a wide range of ready-made and bespoke signs for internal and external use, and includes:

  • Lot 1 - Health and Safety Signs – These items can only be accessed via ESPO Catalogue.
  • Lot 2 - Corporate Signs – our approved suppliers offer an unlimited choice for your corporate signage needs, be it an internal directory sign or complex external way-finding systems. Site visits can be arranged with the suppliers for the customers to benefit from professional advice for best arrangement of their signs. Customers are able to order from a selection of generic signs listed in this User Guide, as well as a wider choice of signs from approved suppliers’ catalogues, benefiting from offered discounts and further reductions when ordering larger quantities.
  • Lot 3 - Road Name Signs – our suppliers offer a range of road name plate signs produced following Highways Authority and the Department for Environment’s requirements, and manufactured to meet Customers’ specifications.
  • Lot 4 - Electronic Signs – this type of signs are ideal for customers who want a more interactive engagement with their visitors. Signs offered via the framework range from a single line LED display to a 32” free standing LCD sign, supplied with inbuilt pc and keyboard, with further options available from suppliers’ catalogues.
  • Lot 5 Interacting Wayfinding Signs – This new lot offers customers the supply of double-sided, touch-sensitive interactive outdoor columns with wayfinding software. The columns cover businesses, local authorities, and places of interest such as; museums, nearby parking, the nearest restrooms, restaurants, bus stops, bicycle stations, taxis, and events. If the columns are not in use, they can switch automatically to a digital signage mode with advertising; this can be used to create revenue for the Local Authority.
  • Lot 6 – Vehicle Livery Signs – The suppliers on this lot are able offer vehicle livery to a wide range of vehicles. As well as the application of vinyl, suppliers are also able to offer design services to customers. Due to the dynamics of vehicle livery and all of the variables this lot is only accessible via Further Competition.

The framework is available for use nationally by any public sector body in the UK including, but not limited to…
