Urgent Biffa Waste contract 379 clarification
It has come to our attention that a number of customers wishing to join the waste collection contract (Contract No. 379), arranged by ESPO with Biffa, have wrongly contacted individual Biffa depots in order to register to join the ESPO Agreement. This has led to customers being sent Biffa’s Standard Conditions of Supply for signature, as opposed to those terms agreed with Biffa by ESPO.
